(Well, truthfully, I am trying not to get a ticket.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sound familiar? Once in line, I exhale and realize it would be a good idea to settle myself and inquire into what is underlying the heightened feeling of agitation that has accompanied me all day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This imperfect practice, recorded the day before, was perfectly suited for my circumstances. It focuses on pairing a feeling of safety and ease with a difficult emotion while engaging it in conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While our practice of yoga nidra is not intended to deliver a defined result, I must admit that when I started my engine on the other shore I felt infinitely better.
