yoga nidra: the landscape of me

We begin with a gentle survey of the inner landscape, asking ourselves, How am I in this moment? We then consciously release the weight of the body, sensing how much tension it holds. As we do, we may notice the breath naturally deepening and flowing more freely, feeling its gentle caress without any need to manipulate it. From here, we reorient toward what matters most, quietly asking, Why am I here? Why am I doing this? After sensing the body and the many textures of its contact with the world, we explore the shifting identities this form takes on—moving from the question How am I? to the deeper inquiry of Who am I?

And then, we simply rest. We deeply rest.
