7:45 Breath Sensing & Quiet Sitting
8:30 Breakfast
10:00 Guided morning walk (outdoors)
10:40 Quiet Sitting, Body Sensing, etc.
12:30 Lunch
3:30 Quiet Sitting, Guided practice, debrief
6:00 Dinner
7:30 Quiet Sitting, Chant, Poetry or Yoga Nidra
9:00 Bedtime

* Sitting periods will be no more than 25 minutes
* Private meetings will be available

Cost: $1075 USD. Single room.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 60 days before the retreat will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days will receive a refund less a $200 processing fee. No refund can be made within 30 days of the retreat unless your place can be filled from the waiting list.
