To secure your space, please do the following:

1. Send a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD
Payment of the balance is required by October 17, 2026.
*For the early bird discount, payment in full is required by July 1, 2026.

2. Fill out and return the contract. You made need to download it.

Cancellations before October 17 are eligible for a refund of all monies paid minus the deposit and a $100 administrative fee.
Any cancellations on or after October 17 are not eligible for a refund unless you can fill your spot with another participant.

Travel insurance, with full medical coverage, is strongly recommended.

This is a movement-based trip and the property is not handicapped accessible. Moderate ability to walk up and down stairs, on uneven sidewalks, and on gravel paths is necessary.
